Rules for Using the Platform

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using the MzansiAI platform. They explain the respective responsibilities and rights of you, as the user, and the platform operator. Review them before entering the platform, creating an account or completing any transaction. They constitute the binding legal arrangement between the parties.

When you register, sign in, use any feature or otherwise interact with MzansiAI, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. The platform is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors and people without the required legal capacity are not permitted to use it. Where a user’s age is unclear, we may place limits on, suspend or terminate the relevant account.

Service availability may be affected by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, software updates or interruptions, including disruption linked to market volatility, unusually high server demand or events outside our reasonable control. We work to maintain reliable access, but continuous availability is not promised. Platform functions, algorithms, pricing and available markets may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time without creating a claim against MzansiAI.

All platform materials and content—including written copy, graphics, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—are protected under copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property laws owned by MzansiAI or its licensors. You may not copy, share, publish or use these materials commercially without our written approval in advance. Unauthorised use may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

You are required to submit information that is accurate, complete and current, including your identity, contact information and payment details. False, deceptive or incomplete information can lead to account controls, withdrawal restrictions or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), with suitable safeguards and documented processes in place.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading choice made through MzansiAI, whether entered by you or generated through AI automation, and you accept the risks involved. MzansiAI supplies technology and infrastructure only, not tailored financial advice, recommendations or profit assurances. Shares and cryptocurrencies can move sharply, and you could lose all of the money invested. Previous performance is not a reliable guide to future results. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or supplemented from time to time to account for developments in law, technology or market conditions. Ordinarily, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice before amended terms take effect through email, platform messaging or our website. Continuing to use the platform after that date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If an amendment is significant, you may choose to close your account.

Our operating model places emphasis on security and openness. We apply up-to-date encryption methods, conduct routine checks, hold client funds in segregated accounts and use established KYC/AML procedures to support protection. Platform activity and transactions are documented in an accessible, auditable manner. We seek to treat users fairly, clearly and responsibly, while making trust a central consideration.
